Hello Kitty was created by the
Sanrio Corp of Japan, 30 years ago.
Sanrio says
she was born in suburban London in 1974, weighs the same as three apples,
and loves "small, cute things." In her home market, where she is known as
Kitty-chan.
She lives with her parents and her twin sister, Mimi.
Both Hello Kitty and Mimi are in the third grade.
When school's out, Hello Kitty travels the world making friends. Her
generosity and kindness makes everyone she meets love her. Her
hobbies include music, reading, and eating the sweets she and her sister
bake, and best of all, making new friends. Her favorite saying is "you can
never have too many friends."
